Grace Tabernacle of Prayer Outreach Ministries was founded by the late, great Overseer Mary Rice in 1993. She was an extraordinary leader whose life was a true example of God’s purpose and love for us all. She left a legacy of faith that has kept Grace Tabernacle of Prayer to this day. She was truly one of a kind and her spirit continues to live on through the lives she’s touched including 3 of her children, Apostle John Easter, Pastor Rosa Sifford, and Associate Pastor Alma Easter that now serve as the leaders of this awesome ministry.
